This self-initiated project demonstrates my skills in data entry, data cleaning, and documentation using a fictional customer feedback dataset. It showcases my strengths in detail orientation, accuracy, and clear process communication.

Field Name Description
Customer Name Full name of the customer
Email Contact email of the customer
Rating (1–5) Rating provided by the customer (1–5)
Feedback Text Written feedback from the customer
Submitted Date Date feedback was submitted (YYYY-MM-DD)

4. Data Cleaning Process

  1. Standardized date format (YYYY-MM-DD)

    1. If the dataset haven’t been formatted into a proper date format, here is the step that I will do.

  2. Converted emails to lowercase

    1. This is what I will do to lowercase the email column.

  3. Removed duplicate entries

    1. This feature will help you to check whether the record has duplicate entries or not.
